Services
- How often should I get my lawn mowed in Brisbane?
- During Brisbane's growing season (September-April), fortnightly mowing keeps most lawns in great shape. In the cooler months (May-August), monthly mowing is usually sufficient. Fast-growing Couch grass may need weekly mowing in peak summer. Lawn mowing service →
- How often should hedges be trimmed?
- Most Brisbane hedges benefit from trimming every 6-8 weeks during the growing season and every 10-12 weeks in winter. Fast-growing species like Murraya and Lilly Pilly may need more frequent attention. Hedge trimming service →
- Do you bring your own equipment?
- Yes — we bring commercial-grade mowers, whipper snippers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and pressure cleaners. You don't need to provide anything.
- Do you take the lawn clippings away?
- We mulch clippings back into the lawn which returns nutrients to the soil. If you prefer clippings removed, we can arrange that for a small additional fee.
- What if it rains on my mowing day?
- If conditions are too wet to mow safely, we reschedule to the next available day, usually within 1-2 days. Light rain and damp grass is fine — we adjust our technique accordingly.
- Do I need council approval for tree removal?
- Brisbane City Council requires approval for removing significant trees. We can advise on whether your tree is likely to need a permit and help you navigate the process. Many smaller trees can be removed without approval. Tree lopping service →
- What types of rubbish do you remove?
- We remove green waste, garden refuse, household junk, old furniture, appliances, renovation debris, and general rubbish. We don't handle hazardous materials like asbestos, chemicals, or medical waste. Rubbish removal service →
- Can you help with an overgrown yard?
- Absolutely — yard cleanups and overgrown property transformations are one of our core services. We clear, clean up, mulch, and replant as needed. For severely overgrown yards, we may recommend a staged approach.
